Shipment and returns

Shipment

Lady Africa trusts PostNL to deliver your package on work days, at the latest, four business days after confirmation of your order. So if you place your order before 6 PM, you will receive it within 4 business days. The delivering mailman will ask you to sign for receipt, so we can be sure you received your package. This policy also means we will not be able to ship to P.O. boxes!

If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the mailman will leave you a note. One more attempt will be made to deliver the package at the same address. If you are still not at home, the package will be delivered to the nearest post office and you will receive a note with the address where you can pick it up within the next three weeks.

The delivery charges within The Netherlands are automatically added to your invoice when you place your order

Delivery times are as follows:
Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 9:30 PM Saturday between 9 AM and 4 PM

 

Delivery time

As soon as your payment has been received, we wil start processing your order. Everything you order today before 6 PM, you will receive within 4 business days. If one of the products you ordered is not in stock, we will usually delay the delivery of your order until it is complete. In some cases, for instance if one particular product takes some time to reach us, we may make partial shipment, and ship the remainder as soon as possible.

Order tracking

You can always monitor the status of your order through the website. To do this, first log in on the site, then choose ‘My Account’ and finally ‘Orders’. There you will find a summary of all the orders you have placed with Lady Africa. When you click on the order you wish to track, you can check on its status by entering the order number you received in your confirmation.

 

Returning and exchanging items

All Lady Africa’s products can be returned and exchanged, except for lingerie, ear rings and beauty products (for hygienic reasons).

Lady Africa has taken great care in selecting and confirming the quality of its products. In the unfortunate circumstance that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to find an acceptable solution. Send us an email within 2 days at info@lady-africa.com. Clearly state the article number and the reason why you want to return it.

IMPORTANT: If you want to return an item, please do so within 10 business days after receiving your shipment, together with the original attached cards/stickers and in the original packaging. Items which are damaged or used, we unfortunately cannot take back.

Do you want the same product, but in a different size? In that case, you can simply exchange it and we will send you the new size free of charge. Would you prefer a different product? Just return the item and order a new one. We will return your payment within 30 days to your bank account. You can also opt for an instore credit, of course.

Returning method

If you want to return an item, also indicate that on the website. Log in and choose the pertinent item on your account page. The package should be returned to:

Make sure that the postage on your package has been paid, otherwise we will not be able to accept it. The latest receipt date for return packages is 10 business days. If we get it any later, we will also not be able to accept it.

Kosten retourzending

The costs of returning an item are entirely for the sender and will therefore not be refunded by Lady Africa.
